Between Walls and Fences: The Ghettos Yad Vashem has a new gallery that is, "dedicated to the fate of Jews in Western Europe." One of the galleries, titled "Between Walls and Fences: The Ghettos," displays art that survived life in the ghetto. The painting, "Refugees," is included in that display. The works can be viewed in-person at the museum in Jerusaelm, or you can see them on-line, at the "Between Walls and Fences: The Ghettos," gallery. |
